Recursia, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. PLEASE CHECK THE SIZE CHARTS BEFORE PURCHASING ANY CLOTHING! If you receive a defective item, please contact us at sales@recursia.design with pictures and details of the product and the defect. Customers have 30 days following the delivery date of their purchase to inquire about returning a product due to a defect. 

We will provide you with an address to ship the item back. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product.

To be clear: Recursia® does not accept returns due to garments being ordered in the wrong size. Please inspect the size charts before purchasing clothing or any product where the size is important. 

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Creating excellent, exciting products in a responsible and ethical fashion is a Recursia priority. We combine our exclusive eye-catching print designs with the most comfortable and high-quality materials we can procure. We use state-of-the-art printing technologies to ensure that the colors and details of our intricate designs remain sharp, vivid, and attractive. The fabric design for each garment is printed and inspected for quality before being individually hand-cut and sewn by experienced professionals in North America and Europe. The majority of our products are hand-made in the USA.

Recursia is a new small business with a small team. As we grow we fully intend to be able to handle returns based on mistake orders, however at this time we have no infrastructure to handle this. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and hope you understand.

On Shipping

Typically domestic orders processed in the US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. We always strive to get you your order to you no later than 10 business days from the time you made your order.

However, please note that some products come from Europe and may encounter delays. For products coming from Europe please expect 7-16 days for your purchase to arrive.
